3. 7-Day Follow-Up Sequence

For leads that don't book immediately, a 7-day follow-up sequence runs automatically:

  • Day 2: Educational email about the service
  • Day 4: SMS with a special offer
  • Day 7: Final "closing" email

4. Missed Call Text Back

Any missed inbound call now gets an automatic text within 30 seconds. This alone recovered an estimated 8–10 leads per month that were previously lost completely.

5. Pipeline & CRM Setup

We built a 7-stage pipeline with automated stage movements. When a lead books a call, they move to the "Appointment Booked" stage automatically. When the call is completed, a one-click button moves them to "Quote Sent" and triggers the quote follow-up sequence.
